Jamie did a fantastic job! We feel confident with purchasing our new windows. He came prepared and had a great attitude. His knowledge was very evident along with passion for helping. We are overjoyed for our new addition! Saving money on energy and adding appeal to our home is a double plus! Thank you for coming on time! Being understanding and patient. We are EXCITED!!!

I've had UWD replace 13 windows five years ago, so knowing then they did a great job, I again had UWD over for a new front door and side lights estimate. Their rep AJ came over and was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and answered all my question. I chose them again for this front door project!

Jamie stopped by today to give us a quote for our home windows. Most of our windows are failing and need replacement. Jamie was so thorough. He help us understand why our energy bills are so high, and what Universal Windows could do to help lower the cost. We really appreciated his help and are looking forward to our new windows being installed.

We have shopped for Windows before and always felt pressured and overwhelmed by other companies. Jamie Shay, sales representative, was knowledgeable about the product. He walked us through the product and process. We felt extremely comfortable and confident to replace our Windows with Universal Windows.

Had them replace a French door with a window. They built a wall and replaced door in 4 hours. Everything looks great. Price was very competitive and they were easy to work with
