This is the second set of windows I've had replaced by Universal Windows Direct. I am very happy! Good communication from the office, workers were professional and respectful. I will contact them for my last set to be replaced.The windows look nice and easy to use and clean.
Put in quickly. Several windows needed to be replaced or fixed afterwards.
Universal windows did an excellent job removing replacing and wrapping my windows cleaned up all material that the new windows came in and hauled away old windows works were very polite awesome job
I really like the windows. They came fast. Finished pretty fast too. The only thing I was perplexed about is I noticed rotted wood under the window before they put the trim on, and no one addressed that.
Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Saved alleyway round on my gas and electric bill! Can’t hear the garbage or mail truck! Peace and quiet!

The crew from Universal Windows was excellent. They arrived on time, worked all day, and completed our install of 12 windows in one day. They cleaned up the debris and the new windows look just as advertised. This is a great upgrade to our home. Thank you, and a big thank you to Jamie Shay for coordinating the project all the way.
Workers came out when they said they were. It took them more time than what they told me but I get it you can run into problems. But in all they did a good job.
