I am happy with the quality of my new windows. The installation crew were awesome. Everything was spotless when the left. I want them to know that I appreciated their work. A job well done!! Their names were Gedas and Fermin. My problem is that I waited 16 weeks with little or no communication from the project manager. I realize that with Covid there were some delays in production.
