Could not have asked for a better experience from sales presentation to installation. If I could give 10 stars I would!
windows are beautiful and function smoothly. Locking mechanism on casement windows seems a bit loose when open, not sure if that is normal.
The men who installed the windows were very efficient. They came in on time and left on time. They cleaned up after themselves and my home looked as if they were never there. They answered my questions without making me feel like I was a bother. I would highly recommend UWD.
