The entire experience from sales to installation was pleasant. The salesman was not pushy. He showed us the product, explained the features and price and was very nice to work with. Completely different from other window companies. He told us what the lead time was looking like and what to expect. We were given updates along the way on the steps of our order. The installation team showed up early and completed the job quickly. They were very conscientious about our home and cleaned up after themselves along the way.
