I had two orders based on remodeling timeliness. When I ordered the second time and asked for exactly the same as before I trusted it. I did not get the exact same, the sales person did not come to my house to double check what was being requested. The overall customer service reps have been helpful but they can only do so much.

We felt very comfortable with the way the sales process was presented. No pressure at all. Very interesting company story. Kirk was knowledgeable about the product and process. The whole process went smoothly with excellent installation as well. Very satisfied customers here.
