Very pleased with the product (windows) but the install process …… not so much. Lack of communication with the non-speaking English crew was a huge disadvantage for all.

I had to wait a long time to get my basement windows. Communication was very poor with the company. I finally spoke with someone in a higher position who was able to finally get things moving and rush the order and installation. I was also told that due to the length and headache of this process my balance would be adjusted, but that has yet to happen as well.
