I had a bad experience with University DEntal Professionals. I have a complex set of dental problems. Although I had a terrific hygienist and very good technicians taking X-rays and such, there was no consistency at all in their "Patient Care Coordinators," their billing practices and record-keeping on payments were inaccurate and unclear, and the office staff managed to be at once utterly fragmented (I dealt with 5 different people to make 1 appointment--they did not communicate with each other) AND consistently unhelpful... read more
Don't be fucked by "University Dental Professionals". 1) They are NOT covered by dental insurance. 2) They are very irresponsible! In my case, 2a) they scheduled routine teeth cleaning 2 weeks shorter than half year, and I told them when I had my 1st cleaning in the year. Thus my insurance cannot cover the cost.
