Staff was extremely nice and helpful, very hard to find people that actually like their job! Urgent care was clean and bright, nice music playing. The young lady that checked me in was extremely nice, smiled, not many people do that lately, and fast! Janice the nurse/tech very nice and didn't mess around. She knew her job well. Ruth Nurse Practioner was very thorough, fast and pleasant, excellent experience!
Excellent visit to the urgent care! Waited less than 10 minutes to be registered and taken back for exam. Laura Ridgley conducted my exam in a very timely manner and prescribed my medication in a matter of minutes. I was able to get the prescription there at the urgent care. The patient registrar, the medical assistant, and nurse practitioner were all great A+. I would absolutely recommend their facility to others. Thank you Twinsburg Urgent Care!!! Pam Land
The staff was great with professionalism. The evaluation from the nurse was pleasantly great as well. The Healthcare provider was informative and detailed about my illness with recommendations. Keep up the excellent work!
Clean and bright area. Friendly staff, efficient and very handy pharmacy on site, I was from out of town so it made getting the prescriptions easy. Only hang up I had was scheduling an appointment in the phone, I had to use a tablet to get the verification code input area to show.
Service was fast & confidential. Everyone was extremely nice which made me feel so much better about my situation. I would definitely go back if I or my daughter had an issue.
