Saw Dr. Hohn at the Westlake Urgent Care for Sinus and Ear Discomfort. Excellent Overall Experience - Easy scheduling - Short wait - Dr. Hohn was great! Very accommodating, she listened to my concerns, did a thorough assessment, discussed her diagnosis and care plan and showed genuine concern toward me. Rx was called in and I began my road to recovery! Thank You to UH!

I was able to get a visit in 15 minutes virtually. Physician professional and reviewed my medication history and reviewed current medical status.
Very easy and a much better exp then having to go in person to urgent care and wait for hrs for a sinus infection

Phone agent for help was great after numerous failed attempts to video chat. PA ended up calling me via phone. He was great. Medical issue taken care of. Technical issues were a mess.
