I was hoping to get antibiotics for a sinus/ chest infection. The doctor would not prescribe it. She was correct, as it subsided, within three days.
The dr I had was great and very helpful! She helped me when I was super scared!
Very helpful nurse practitioner. Listened well and very attentive to issue. Prescribed antibiotics and issue seems to be on its to healing.

I knew I needed medical attention but every other minute clinic style places didn’t have appointments as soon as I needed one. So I did a virtual appointment and they had me go to urgent care in Concord, OH to give a sample. The doctor had called and let them know I was coming and I just went in and out and got prescribed the medication I needed all within 2 hours!

Very good. However, waiting 50 minutes for provider on virtual appointment was a bit long
VV was a great option verses going to an actual urgent care in person. Treatment was successful
Care was great. I reacted horribly to the antibiotic given (augmenting) but was prescribed a new one on a virtual appt. The virtual appt was glitchy at times.
