Britney did an outstanding job when she saw my son Ronny (video-call) for his influenza B. She was very thorough in her explanation, took the time to answer all our questions, and made sure we understood everything about his care. Her professionalism and kindness made the visit a very positive experience. I truly appreciate the excellent care she provided
