Jim was very nice, did not rush me, and was very logical in his assessment of what was going on. Truly appreciate a thoughtful virtual care visit. I was able ask questions and get answers.

I appreciate how quickly and throughly I was guided through check in and my virtual appointment. My urgent care provider assessed my symptoms, provided medications and follow up instructions. He was personable and professional. I felt as though they all cared about my speedy recovery.

Feeling sick and getting the help i need without having to travel and sit in waiting rooms with other sick people around is a joy. NP was pleasant, concerned, good listener, and helpful. Only negative was sometime her vouce was cutting out and hard to hear. But overall very pleased.
