I liked not having to go to an office. With my back pain, riding in a car is extremely painful. Talking to a doctor remotely was perfect. I was able to lie flat in the least painful position and talk to the doctor.

I went into the ER on July 4th. Clearly fewer staff on a holiday. Everyone was helpful and kind. Was able to get an EKG, CAT Scan and blood tests I needed to find out what was happening with me so they could send me home. Took some time. But ER always does.
