Loved the efficiency of a virtual call with the care of an in visit. Jim did a great job of explaining my potential virus symptoms, which I am experiencing unfortunately.

The virtual visit is a great option for people who don’t feel well enough to leave home. It was super easy and took only 5 to 10 minutes. I was very pleased with the process.
Jim was very kind and supportive as far as my IBS C. He spent time on the phone and advised me to have it checked out for blockage at the hospital. So, I went to the hospital and before I could see the doctor the laxatives took effect. Thank you for the call!
