Friendly doctor listening to my symptoms. Asked me a few questions and prescribed treatment. Very efficient. Never had to leave home with this televisit.
The technology didn't work but the doctor was able to call me and talk
I thought it well. I was called promptly at my appointment time.
Very easy and quick to get scheduled and seen, the doctor was approachable and asked good questions. I believe he adequately diagnosed the problem (sinus infection) but I think the treatment plan was not perfect (azithromycin not first line abx for sinus infection). I am a physician myself. Other then that the experience was really great.
