I had a great experience ONCE I was able to get connected. She answered all my question’s questions and put my mind more at ease. Your website took me through so many twists and turns to get registered that this 78 year old woman with a fever and chills could only go so fast. Then it wouldn’t take my credit card number, so while I was good that information to someone on the phone, I got a text saying my second attempt at an appointment had been cancelled.
