The experience with the PA was great she gets 5 gold stars, but the system getting in was really cumbersome. My opinion is when they call for the co pay they should explain how it works. Especially to first time users.
The Staff Member who answered my call & the Nurse Practitioner were very helpful & patient.

I used the virtual visit option.the registration process was simple, and I was talking to a PA within minutes. He was very professional. He listened to my symptoms, asked relevant questions, and put the order in for medications with the pharmacy I regularly use. The whole process took 45 minutes. I would definitely use the virtual office visit again.
