My virtual visit was easy, quick and thorough. In terms of outpatient care, University Hospitals has proven to be the best provider in the Medina area.

I have gone in person to the new Willoughby location and it's wonderful and the people are awesome there. But this time I did a virtual appointment and it was great. I showed her my issue and how I had swelling in my face she gave me recommendations for if you dentist around my area and gave me an antibiotic and ibuprofen to help
It was great! She was understanding and got everything I needed to know and gave me locations of where to go if I need to!
