Was very easy to schedule virtual visit. My appointment was on time and quick. Was able to get much needed antibiotics quick and simple. So glad virtual visits are offered as I have trouble walking and it's a relief to know I can still "see" a doctor.

NP I saw during my virtual visit was great… I don’t like is as an UH employee I can’t get billed for my copay anymore now that it’s different billing? everyone don’t have credit or debit… such an inconvenience especially when you are not feeling well.
It was so nice to do a virtual appointment and get my issue taken care of so quick and save me from going into a facility. The call was about 5 minutes and if I went in it probably would have been an entire hour with driving and being in the waiting room

Success! Very happy. Practitioner listened, included me in decisions and helped me to successfully get my needs met. (Have asthma and needed a short course of a steroid) UNLIKE a similar video appointment with a Cleveland Clinic person a week ago who told me he couldn’t help and I should return to my family doctor — who I couldn't get an appointment with for three more weeks (after calling four days in a row before getting a call back saying they had no appointments!)

Quick and super easy. Took me less than 15 min to schedule and Dr listened to my concerns and helped me get the treatment I needed without leaving my home. We don't have urgent cares near us so this saved me some gas money.
