I went into the ER on July 4th. Clearly fewer staff on a holiday. Everyone was helpful and kind. Was able to get an EKG, CAT Scan and blood tests I needed to find out what was happening with me so they could send me home. Took some time. But ER always does.

I was very frustrated because I talk to to pay a co-pay, even though I have paid my out-of-pocket maximum. So I canceled my initial appointment. To my great surprise and pleasure, somebody followed up after confirming my need to not pay a co-pay and reschedule my appointment for me with the Lakewood urgent care. Very convenient while at work and unable to get in with primary care provider. Slight glitch in joining the visit. I used first link received and waited 13 minutes with message that instructed to wait for the provider. I received 2 subsequent links and clicked on the 3rd link to finally join. Something isn't working quite right........
