Everyone was very accommodating. They showed empathy and were patient. Martha was very friendly.
Easily booked appt, wait time was under 5 minutes. The receptionist was kind and triage nurse friendly and efficient. My doctor listened and asked questions, did a physical exam and double checked meds to make sure they were ok for me and my other health issues. Very good experience altogether
Fast and easy check in process. Not a lot of time spent waiting to be seen. Doctor listens to you and explains what is going on.

The Avon Urgent Care facility is fantastic! It is super clean and not the typical urgent care/hospital environment. All staff were extremely friendly and professional.
Overall bad experience. Didn’t feel listened to and Asked for a doctor’s note for work I never got. My Husband also went there and had a bad experience his second time as well. Felt unheard for his concerns. Will recommend to all family and friends to not come here.
