Everyone did a great job! Julie, Dee and Ann Marie were all positive and ensured my experience at your facility was a success. Jim was my provider and made sure I understood his assessment and proper treatment. The facility was amazingly clean and well organized. I left my appointment happy and very impressed.

Although an appointment was easy to get, the front door was filthy and the receptionist was curt. The NP proceeded to give me an unsolicited lecture on the problem of gp’s giving out antibiotics too liberally. I never asked for antibiotics, I just asked for a professional medical assessment and assistance to relieve severe issue I was there to have assessed. If antibiotics were not the solution that was fine, i did not need a mean lecture on antibiotic abuse. Their emails and texts about auto pay enrollment were scary as I h... read more

Dr. Jim was amazing. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. He made the experience worth it. It was really horrible that I had to pay a $50 copay while on a payment plan. I’m on a plan for a reason, because I have no money, so I fail to understand why the copay couldn’t be added to the payment plan. The front desk also had no change, so I had to pay $60 instead of $50. That was the last $60 to my name, so I found it really unfortunate that UH couldn’t work with my situation.
They took me I a room right. away and did I strep and other tests- but I had to wait forever even though I made a appointment.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We understand how important timeliness is and are actively reviewing our processes.
Someone should have explained to me that I would be in major pain the next 72 hours after the procedure. Also I should have be given a prescription for pain meds. A emergency number would have been nice. I am 5 days out and still taking Advil and Tylenol. Hopefully you will change your patient care policy and someone else will not have to suffer like I did.

Still here waiting
Front desk and nurse were all very kind and wonderful. The doctor was a bit rude. I know that it is urgent care so these docs are trying to move quick, but he did not even listen to my lungs or ask about my symptoms at all. That is why I am knocking a star.
