They took me I a room right. away and did I strep and other tests- but I had to wait forever even though I made a appointment.

Someone should have explained to me that I would be in major pain the next 72 hours after the procedure. Also I should have be given a prescription for pain meds. A emergency number would have been nice. I am 5 days out and still taking Advil and Tylenol. Hopefully you will change your patient care policy and someone else will not have to suffer like I did.

Front desk and nurse were all very kind and wonderful. The doctor was a bit rude. I know that it is urgent care so these docs are trying to move quick, but he did not even listen to my lungs or ask about my symptoms at all. That is why I am knocking a star.
