Our experience here today was wonderful! From check-in to checkout. The staff and Provider were kind, courteous and professional. They truly went above and beyond. The clinic had antibiotics on hand to purchase for the treatment of my son’s strep throat as well. This of course saved us the wait and trip to the pharmacy, which was so wonderful. This will definitely be our go to for Urgent Care.
The facility was very clean. My doctor was very kind, thorough, and professionalwith a sense of humor. This was my first visit and I left feeling that I was well cared for. I wanted to add that the entire staff was kind and made me feel welcome.
I hate doing medical anything but had a very good experience at this facility. From the people at the front desk through the entire visit with the doctor. Excellent care. Not rushed at all. My issue was quickly taken care of. Treated in a timely fashion. I highly recommend!
Staff were great and friendly. They knew I wasn’t feeling well and treated me in a compassionate way. Impressed with everyone I interacted with. I was seen within 5 minutes and given great service. I will definitely use this facility (if needed) again
Excellent experience!! I took my daughter to be seen, the Nurse Practitioner was very nice. She walked in the room and introduced herself to my daughter, and I and shook each of our hands. She listened to our concerns and seemed to genuinely care. The front desk staff was also nice and she walked me through the steps to checking in. The nurses aid was very sweet also.
