Our experience here today was wonderful! From check-in to checkout. The staff and Provider were kind, courteous and professional. They truly went above and beyond. The clinic had antibiotics on hand to purchase for the treatment of my son’s strep throat as well. This of course saved us the wait and trip to the pharmacy, which was so wonderful. This will definitely be our go to for Urgent Care.
Exceeded my expectations! The building was well marked, easy to access and the waiting room was new and clean. The registration and desk personnel were courteous and showed genuine concern. The doctor was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and taught me how to manage the recurring problem! I highly recommend the Urgent Care in Amhurst, OH. Please congratulate all the staff at this facility and thank you University Hospital for providing effective and pleasant services.
The facility itself is really nice, the lady at the front desk was so nice too! She was super helpful with any questions and getting everything checked in. I waited less then 10 minutes before I was taken back and overall I was in there for less than 30 minutes which is a record for urgent care
Needed the assistance of an Urgent Care facility and decided to use the new facility in Amherst. Very pleased! Was able to schedule ahead and was received quickly. Nice atmosphere and the staff from reception all the way through to seeing the PA-C was great! They even have an onsight pharmacy. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I’ve gone to this facility three different times, and every time the experience has been great. The front desk staff has always been friendly and empathetic. The medical staff have also been great. I highly recommend this urgent care.
