I made an appointment online. I was only in the waiting room about 2 minutes. Same amount of wait time in the exam room. Everyone was helpful and nice. Highly recommend this urgent care

This was a complete waste of my time and money. They can do more for you at a cvs minute clinic. I was sent to the er and everyone there rolled their eyes, one said they won’t do more than clean a basic cut at that urgent care. I had no business at an er and now I’m out hundreds of dollars.

Took over an hour with an appointment . PA was not very helpful or compassionate

If I could give less than a 1, I would. My daughter went in with a cut on her ankle. The doctor tried to put in a few stitches and glue it. The glue failed that evening and a stitch came out completely. Our PC was appauled they would try to use glue where her cut was and said she should have had many more stitches. They totally botched it. Now it will take more time to heal which wasn't at all necessary. Horrible experience and we will never recommend or return.

I waited 2.5 hours for the nurse to come in and tell to gargle with salt water. I never complain but does it take that long for a culture to come back? There wasn’t one person left from when I went in the second waiting room. Which tells me everyone else got treated before me even if I came in first I realize it’s not the order but the severity but two and a half hours later? Really?

The kindness and help I got was an experience I will always remember as special. Everyone was extremely kind and supportive!
Our healthcare system is broken! There is no way to see a Dr without waiting months or spending $10k just walk into the ER. It’s frustrating as a patient that it takes 6 weeks to see your PCP for an immediate need and the alternative is the ER. I thought that’s where urgent care filled the gap, but I was given bad advice and found out too late. The care provider was not the problem, the system is the problem and it is disappointing that we have gone in the wrong direction when it comes to healthcare.
