I was seen very soon after walking in. The team was efficient and caring. They listened carefully to my history and complaints and went the extra step to review previous treatment on the computer. I would definitely recommend this urgent care and will come again for treatment.

The PA-C, Drew, was compassionate and knowledgeable and treated me with respect. He listened to my concerns and addressed them in a direct and caring manner. He had already looked over my chart and recent history and I did not feel as though I had to push for the care I needed. Drew is definitely an asset to UH Westlake Urgent Care.
