All but one person was extremely kind when I came in! Maybe she was just having a bad day… but I was sick and she asked me a question and then cut me off and said “Girl I don’t have the time or care about anything besides what your symptoms are today”. When I met with the PA, she was fabulous and told me that it was important that I tell the full story of why I was there

I had a great experience which started at the front desk and carried through the entire appointment. Getting my medication right from the Urgent Care center Westlake was very convenient and a big time saver.

Very efficient processs. The nurse and Dr Hohne both had great bed side manner and really cared about my condition and made me feel informed about the diagnosis and prescription plan

Glad to have the chest xray available on site And treated quickly the people were great there was just one glitch in transferring the rx order and had to re order and send to pharmacy not that big a deal probably unavoidable issue in today’s world. So make it a 5 star I guess
