Pros: Close to campus Mail center/room New student housing Close to Starbucks and Danas Furnished Timely maintenance and easy to report maintenance requests Large apartments Private bathrooms Cons: Expensive rent Parking isn't very convenient or affordable Loud neighbors Problems with pool (not open very late, frequently closes, very cold water due to much of it being in the shade, gates sometimes don't work) Fees for everything Pet owners that don't pick up after their pets Broken doors (huge safety concern!) I regret living here. My neighbors are so loud (the walls are not sound-proof) and I went to the staff to complain about it and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I had to buy earplugs to attempt to sleep most nights. Most of the staff are students who know nothing about what they're doing. The doors are always broken, meaning you have to walk around the entire building just to find a working door. The workout machines have been broken all year despite claiming that they would fix them. An unsafe place for women to live. The staff lets themselves in with passkeys even when they are asked to wait until the resident finishes dressing. And they lie about needed repairs when you move out.

The apartments themselves are nice but there's no sound barrier to anything. Things seem cheap especially for how much rent is. The hallways and stairwells are constantly trashed from parties throughout the week. The doors are always broken and they can never seem to fix them and it takes them a week to try at that. The management is horrible to work with a lot of the time. The pool is rarely open too. The only good thing about it is being right up the road from campus without actually being a campus building.
