NEVER EVER RENT FROM HERE. There is so many issues with the management here. They do not care about their tenants. They slack priority when it comes to maintenance and cleanliness. There is literally mold growing on the air vents and in the kitchen and their response was “it looks like you guys need to clean”!! TERRIBLE LEASING. WOULD NEVER STAY WITH THEM AGAIN, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. They do not consider the convenience or even courtesy the residents. I came home today to a note that said that they have changed my locks and I should collect my keys with leasing office but THE LEASING OFFICE WAS CLOSED!! I had to call emergency and the person said he could not tell me when he could come give keys. They do not respect the occupants. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Due to a busy schedule it is impossible to say exactly when we will be able to change any one door out of the 400 on site. Billed for several things that are not mine or that were already paid, they moved convicts in with no notice so we walked in to a criminal in our living room who later went to jail several more times before I paid a transfer fee since they would not move him and they upped my rate too. I went through that because I could not break my lease. Facilities are average, but management is extremely poor. Every time you talk to someone you get a different story. We have been openly lied to. There are additional fees every time you turn around. We have been given keys that don't work, they tell us to fax them info when the fax does not work, and the manager is inaccessible.
On move in day my apartment was not acceptable. They listened to my complaints and made accommodations only after going to higher superiors at the apartment complex. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. Maintenance is not quick to get requests completed and normally electricity rates will always go over!
Apartments are nice but terrible wifi and the houses and cars outside are getting broken into often. The UV should do something about it.
