On move in day, the entire apartment was over run with gnats. It was several weeks before that issue was resolved. The three main issues are that 1) the internet connection is spotty at best, 2) I haven't even turned my AC on and only turned the heat on when it was very, very cold and I usually don't have lights one and the power is STILL ALWAYS over, and 3) the absolute worst is the maintenance staff. Would not recommend. Daughter locked herself out. Told her it was a $5.00 charge for key. Juanita and Duvall told her she had to have cash. Was going to use ATM in office and was told then they (UV) could not make change. As a parent, I called and Duvall said this was policy. I am not disputing charge, I am extremely disturbed that they would not let in to get money or add it to the monthly rent. Told me nothing could be done until she paid the $5.00, it was policy. Their maintenance orders are worthless. They say they are coming to fix things but they never do. Outrageous charges for electricity. I do not recommend living here.
