I had a horrible incident with my neighbors chimney falling on my roof on a rainy day. My roof was damaged and the rain was going into my house. ****************** referred me to Unlimited Fire to assist and help temporarily cover damaged roof and prevent water linking into the house. Unlimited Fire helped with insurance claim and repaired damages in a timely manner. I am completely grateful with all the staff at the office, they were so helpful. Thank you!!!!

We loved working with Unlimited Fire Restoration. From the beginning, Agnes was very responsive and informative. At no time did we feel pressure to go with them nor was there constant upselling. Robert and the rest of the team did an amazing job! Whenever we pointed out something we saw, they addressed it right away and there was no “arguing” about it. Agnes Cebrat of Unlimited Fire Restoration, Inc is simply amazing. She’s very professional, organized, prompt and takes good care of her customers. She’s very easy to work with and aims to satisfy her customers. I would definitely recommend her for any construction job. This lady is incredible. The work was done timely and the entire crew did a great job.

After a new appliance installation went horribly wrong and flooded my newly renovated basement, Unlimited Fire came in and turned a nightmare experience into a great one. Would definitely bring this team back for additional renovation work in the future. Thanks again!

The work product was very good, the workers were polite and clean. The timeliness of the service was good once I got them to come. Took a while to get the job scheduled but great timely work once started.

Overall I was happy with the work. I thought my general contractor did everything she could to keep everything on schedule. I had water overflow to downstairs kitchen and dining room. The ceiling needed new drywall and carpet had to be replaced. Unlimited did a great job putting things back like new.

The pipe to my outside spigot burst during the polar vortex.UFR came out and fixed the pipe and removed the floor in a timely manner so the water didn’t creep further.
