With the new change, businesses can customize the name, branding, behavior for widgets created for different locations. Here are the major highlights of this release:
- Users can now create one Webchat widget for all locations or different widgets for different locations and manage chats across different business locations more efficiently.
- Disable and enable Webchat on the business website without making any changes on the website code.
- Email Webchat code to your webmaster directly from your Birdeye account.
