Birdeye integrates Webchat with business microsite
NewIn addition to business websites, Webchat will be now available on both free and paid Birdeye microsites. In addition to business websites, Webchat will be now available on both free and paid Birdeye microsites. As soon as a visitor lands on a business microsite, the Webchat window will be enabled to initiate a conversation. It will help businesses to engage visitors and capture more leads via Birdeye review profiles.
For businesses with free profiles on Birdeye, this feature will be enabled only if a valid email of the business exists on Birdeye. The Webchat on Birdeye profile and the business' site will be the same. You can receive the messages from both sources.
