We had Upgrade do a renovation to our living room and add a closet in our bedroom. The initial team was great and worked really well with us. I am happy with the remodel, with a couple exceptions. The finish on our ceiling and some walls (where they took walls down) is very disappointing. They textured but didn't sand and my ceiling looks bad in spots. They did not replace the base molding where is was different in the combined rooms so I had to go out and buy moulding and replace it myself (after we had already paid them a ... read more
My wife and I love our new walk in shower. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. Very professional and competent contractor. Our bathroom remodel was handled beautifully and the crew was awesome.
Great job, right price, very please with our tub to shower conversion!
We appreciate the communication, prompt if not always accurate. Sometimes they did not arrive when we were told. The work itself was great quality ! The work was completed quickly when they came. Workers were kind and friendly. To be fair they traveled four hours to do our remodel. We were not aware that it would be like this , I think we would have been happier with someone closer. Overall they did good work and quickly, just took longer than we were told.
Change is Good, Upgrade Remodeling is Even Better. The sales representative did his job very well. We sat down, and he talked and analyze my mannerism to learn a little about me, and to get a feeling for what I wanted. The shower installation was completed on time and let me tell you, it was immaculate. I could not believe my eyes with the end results. The quality of the materials used was first class and top notch. The craftmanship was first-rate with great attention to detail. Moreover, the quality of work reflects somethi... read more
Business response:
Wow, Mr. ******* thank you so much for taking the time to leave such an awesome review. We appreciate your attention to detail and kind words. Thank you!!
**** the sales person was very good to work with. Financing was explained. Selection of the design went well. They were able to work with my time constraints. Received the materials. Actual work went well. They cleaned up including the leaves on the porch. There was one adjustment that needed to be done and they were here within hours. Bathroom looks great.
My wife and I had a great experience with Upgrade Remodeling. They were very professional and we were very satisfied with our new walk in shower. The only critique I have is that it was just a one-man crew that actually did the work. It would have been faster if there were a couple people working. One was there to translate and clean up. But all in all we love the product.
Business response:
Thank you Mr ****** We hope you guys enjoy your new bathroom for years to come!
Great Job. Very professional crew. A little big pricey, but I'm happy with the result
Great Job. Precise. Professional & friendly. On time. Would hire again.
