The guys were great!!! I love my floors.They done an awesome job
The work by Upgrade Remodeling was very good and exceeded my expectations. The new master bath looks very nice. Requested / purchased items that were not readily available during the install was immediately worked with me and resolved with equivalent or better products. The technicians were easy to interact with. However, a couple of items are still outstanding.

Workmanship was very good and very fast. However, did not receive the plumbing fixtures I thought I was going to get. But overall I am satisfied.

I got my shower installed about two years ago with a Lifetime Warranty. One of my shower doors are off hinge and they refuse to come in to put it back on track. I have called several times and no service yet. I do not recommend this company at all. They had to come out redo it due to the lazy workers and damaged my walls till I had to repaint. That should have been my sign than. RUN!!!
Not even a month in, and it's falling apart. I gave them a chance to fix it, they made it worse. Unskilled workers.

Changes and credits thru payment process was messed up. First appointment cancelled y rescheduled. Then ********** did not have seat requiring third trip. The ********** of seat were 38 minutes late (past the 4 to 7 pm window. The first ********** did an excellent job except for outside corner wrap being more narrow than original corner wrap meeting vertical hand placed ceremony tile.
