RecommendedGreat experience with Uptown. Lived with them for three years and was always impressed. The leasing agents were always pleasant and did a great job of showing us every apartment we wanted to look at. Any issues we had were always taken care of promptly including maintenance, parking etc. The building that we lived at was newly built and had an awesome clubhouse and workout room which were two nice amenities. Uptown Rents's security, cleanliness, and hospitality exceeded my expectations! Their fast acting customer service is unlike the complicated and slow acting rental properties I've signed with before. My roommate lost his wallet just the other weekend, not realizing it until he was frantically searching for the room key to get inside our room at 2a.m. After realizing the door was impenetrable, he turned to calling UpTown for help. Overall, my experience with Uptown rentals has been excellent! Anytime I've had a problem, they've always been helpful. So far I've lived in UPA, Jefferson House apartments, and VP3. All of which have been great places to live with a lot of amenities to offer. Rent is a bit steep but ya gotta do what you gotta do. Definitely worth living in a nice, clean living space if you don't mind paying a little extra
Can't say enough good things about Uptown. The people at the management office are always willing to help.
We were residents of Tarpis Woods. The only reason we moved out was because we found and purchased a home. The staff, especially the property manager Greg, were wonderful to work with if there were ever any issues. Maintenance was fast as well.The neighborhood was amazing. Parking was scarce but we didn't mind as it was an amazing location. I would recommend Tarpis Woods to any young professional wanting to be in a popular and fun area!
