She is very professional and very kind.
Has been my family primary care Dr for almost 5 years. Excellent service great personality, and talks WITH you not at you. Scheduling can be a little tough as he is very popular but never had to wait more then 1-2 days for sick visit. Staff is very professional if a little gruff, but once they know you are very friendly.
Excellent doctor, but the front office employees are terrible. Shame. Will they ever learn how to smile. Grumpy faces. Terrible... and rude.
If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, responsive and caring doctor, I would highly recommend Dr Videlefsky. She has been my primary care doctor for many years and has shown genuine concern with all of my medical needs. She also provides exceptional service for my elderly mother.
She is efficient, upbeat, and thorough.
Dr. Mark seems knowledgeable and is personable. His back office staff is very nice and friendly but the reception staff can be a nightmare. The practice also has some unusual policies regarding paying a yearly fee in advance in case you need forms filled out and recently they began requiring certain patients to prove that they had paid their health insurance premium for the month they were being seen. If you didn't have proof, then you wouldn't be seen. It happened to me!
I went to meet and to address severe issues I have. However, she turned out to be condescending and the visit was only a few minutes and there were no other patients. I was there for an hour before she even came in to meet me. She left so fast that I didn’t even get to discuss most of my issues. I went to Dr. Mark because I had been experiencing abdominal pain for several months. He did lab work and CT scan and found a couple things. He literally told me to return to his office in two weeks with no prescriptions and no help to reduce the pain. Dr. Marks medical assistant was not helpful and refused to let me speak with the doctor. Needless to say, I am still in pain, spent $400 and am extremely frustrating that a medical professional could be so uncaring.
I would not recommended this family practice. 100% due to treatment by Dr Davis' Front Desk employees, unprofessional, rude and nonchalant attitude toward serving Dr Davis' patients. I've experienced horrible service repeatedly, thus I'm changing Doctors away from this practice. Love Dr Davis, but her front desk staff has got to go,, beware
