Dr Godfrey is excellent. Getting an appointment with him is an act of God. Sick appointment min 2-3 days. Well appointments 6-8 months. I like him, but I don't like the PAs. They talk down to you.
I visited Dr. Davis on several occasions. She was kind and informative. However, one bad experience with her front desk lead me to change doctors. Front desk was extremely unprofessional and have no respect to privacy. I had issues w/ my insurance due to job transition and wasn't aware until my appointment. I was then treated like an outsider as sat in the office trying to figure this out. I couldn't be seen that day but the issue was corrected. I received a charge for being a no show.
I don't expect to be kept waiting for over an hour for a doctor's visit. I arrived at your office at 9:40 for a 10:15 appointment. At 10:35 the receptionist noticed I was tired of waiting and at 10:40 the medical assistant brought me back to an exam room. At 10:55 I was tired of waiting on you or anyone at that point and I had to leave because I had a work appointment.
He made us wait for about 2hours and dint showed up . I was suffering badly and was just waiting for him. Unprofessional doctor and clinic
