I've been participating in the weight loss program, I enjoy the staff encouragement as well as the knowledge of products offered. Not to mention it always smells great when you enter the location.
Your skin care products are the best! I hate that it sounds cliché. I have spent so much money and time over the years trying to achieve a smooth radiant complexion. In under three months using just your products my skin was better than I ever expected. I am still seeing improvement daily. It doesn't stop getting better!! I called and requested a same day appointment and to my surprise they had one available an hour later. I arrived and was greeted by beautiful smiles immediately checked in. I waited less than 5 minutes to be called, I was seen by who I think was a PA(very pretty), who took time to give me available options and explain the product I chose. She was thorough while maintaining a sense of humor. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, that’s a win when the appointment was made the same day. I would recommend USS to all my friends
I love Urban Skin. Been a Loyal client since 2012. Christine is amazing. She listens to your concerns and addresses them with you in mind. The skin products are fabulous. The new office is so beautiful.

I've been trying to get to Urban Skin for 5 years now. I was finally able to get an appointment and was not disappointed. I wanted to go to a medspa that understands dark skin tones. And it was worth the wait. The consultation was impressive. Typically, I'm not thrilled with consultations as I already know what I need. Products work, just think more of a thorough job needs to be done when it comes to suggesting products and services. No skin analysis was done.
