I love this place it motivates me, and also the staff is great very nice and educational. I have lost 9 pounds following the diet and exercises as they instructed me to do.
My experience has always been great at urban solutions! I have been utilizing their services for years and they continue to get better in products and services they provide.
My visit was everything I could have hoped for...great consult and all of my questions and concerns were addressed fully. The staff is so friendly!
The wait was extremely long for a service. That was because the staff member failed to call my name when she came to the waiting room. That was not a good display of CustomerService for a first time client. Also, you loose your turn if you're a new patient and there is no time set aside prior to your visit to complete your paperwork. Overall, I was pleased with the knowledge of the person who performed my service.
Great customer, very professional
I had a great experience as the associates were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the service I wanted. They also took the time to understand my history to ensure my safety and well being. Overall I had a very positive experience at USS.
I really really enjoy coming to Urban skin solutions. I love their products. They are a bit expensive but the products work and I will sacrifice in different areas to make sure I can get them. My skin has come a long way and with the help of BC, clindamycin and the even tone products from Urban skin solutions I would still look like an acne prone teenager.
