I want to start by saying Uries has been a family vacation tradition for as long as I can remember but will sadly be no more after this visit. It is clear that something has changed coming in to 2022. The menu is about half the size with nothing but fried food options which usually means frozen food. When you're on vacation, especially down the shore, fresh seafood is a staple especially for a location located directly on the bay! The prices however certainly did not change! As other reviewers have noted the AYCE crabs are g... read more

this used to be my family's go to spot a few times a year when we come down tonight I ordered takeout ( seafood Alfredo) my meal was dry and bland and Alfredo tasted like it was made from spoiled heavy cream ....you now have to pay for a salad which I did... I ordered the Caesar which they changed the dressing to a cheap brand cause it's nothing but water smh ......seems like this place just keeps going down hill 😔

There was alot of noise sue to the construction going on. It took a little while to get drinks. My entree came with 2 sides, I got fries and a cucumber salad. They were mush served in what looked to be water. I didn’t eat it. The server never mentioned that wasn’t a side that was included and we found out was an additional $5.00. Food was cold and we were very disappointed.

If you’re interested in dining at a construction site at 7pm with no one to listen anything you have to say, and if you love eating literally COLD prime rib, this place is for you.

Where to begin. We were sat in the inside dining room right next to where they were updating/renovating part of it. It was 7pm and they were doing construction with no barrier to stop the saw dust coming over to the dining arra where people were eating. When our food was served, 3 of the 6 meals were ice cold; the whole meal, not just a portion of it. Two of the other meals were barely luke warm and did not appear the "roasted potatoes" were even cooked. Management could care less about our complaints and as we looked around... read more

Been coming here every summer for over20 years. Went last Saturday, and hate to say it, but we won’t be back. Entire new menu, way overpriced. - ordered the $38 special which was a stuff lobster tail. It was child size. The entire entree would of fit in my 10 year olds hand. 100% not fresh. Did not come with a side or anything. - wife ordered a lb of crab legs. Which was $60. They were the cheap, small crab legs and tasted like they were sitting in water all day. Zero seasoning on the crab legs and the corn or potatoes th... read more

We have been coming to Wildwood for years and one of our traditions was to go to Uries, the food used to be great. was there this week and we were very disappointed with the new menu and the food. It's ashame a tradition for many, many years has ended.

I ordered the steamed crabs. They did not taste fresh and were absolutely waterlogged and mushy like they sat in liquid all day. The corn that came with it was also water logged and mushy. Not cheap and not good. Nice atmosphere though. Gotta love being on the water. I had gone a few years back and had a disappointing meal. Now years later gave them another shot. I may try it again sometime but so far two strikes. sorry. I like to support local and they’ve been around so many years I gotta believe sometimes they get it right... read more

Wow! What has been our tradition with friends for 8 years has now ended! Previously one would have a nice salad, some bread, and a beautifully prepared FRESH meal….has now turned into mostly fried foods. The portion sizes have also decreased to the point where after eating a 38$ “meal” both my daughter and husband were still hungry!!! Price increase is to be expected and accepted in the current economic situation BUT when you destroy your menu, prepare poorly and have wait staff that clearly are not enthusiastic about public... read more
