Just sorry about traveling to Fishers office however the new buildings is great at not too bad to find. Nabb Rd was more convenient for me however
Check in was easy and everyone was very calm and patient for the first day in the office. Nice facility and a very pleasant experience.
I did not have to wait. My appointment was on time.
Examination went well. There were some previous issues that I felt were not addressed. Biggest issue was with the directions to the facility. It was a new facility and not able to be found on GPS. After calling to get directions, no one was able to give precise one. Finally, after making two phone calls, two stops at the nearby hospital and driving around for nearly 40 minutes I was able to locate the clinic. Would have been helpful if map directions were included in the email scheduling the appointment.
Everyone was professional and communicated information politely and efficiently.
