Has been super helpful and informative from the start. Pre-approval was done almost immediately when I first decided to go with USA mortgage. When needing to make an offer on the house she went out of her way while on vacation to get us what we needed to push an offer through. All through the process she made it very easy to get in everything to move our loan along. She was also very great at communicating with the both of us the whole time. Ed is the absolute best Loan Officer we could ask for. We have used him two times now and both times have been as exceptional service as you can get. I will only use Ed for anymore mortgage services in the future! He is extremely knowledgeable on all loans, discusses what would be best and gives advice on how to make the process as smooth as possible. Going through a new mortgage as well as refinancing can be very stressful to the consumer. Ed takes the stress out of it all!
