Over the top communication, commitment to the customer, and an approachable/personal attitude made working with Justin an easy and painless experience. The process of financing a home can be confusing and you often feel left in the dark by your loan officer. Justin made sure the process was well communicated and documented, and while email was a necessary form of communication he always followed with a phone call. I felt taken care of and he went over the top to beat the competition.
