Interoffice communication didn't seem to occur. I would field the same questions via email and phone from one person after having thoroughly covering the same information with another. I would be asked to upload things that I'd already uploaded. Granted, there were two things that I thought were sufficient, but weren't. The others were simply not looked at or missed before the request was made. Redundancy is certainly better than missing a detail.
