The whole process was wonderful. If I had question they always got answered and explained he good detail. I was informed of every step in the process. Always a fast response even on the weekends. If I ever hear anyone wanting to buy a home I will definitely refer them to you. Thank you so much :)

Pat goes about and beyond! During the process Pat was answering all my calls way after normal office hours. I was two time zones away but Pat was always there for me! Pat delivered on ever promise, and even answered my calls on weekends. Even though my loan wasn't much he still worked for me like it was a two million dollar loan. I was surprised how quickly everything moved along. From the time I had the initial phone call with Mario to talk about what I was looking for, to the application process, and then to the final closing. Everything seemed to go so smoothly and I was very surprised at how easy it felt. Mario was willing to answer questions and communicate as needed.
