I don't know where to start. From the beginning of my experience with USA Mortgage; specifically Mr. Pena, I felt valued as a customer. I expressed to Mr. Pena my experience with a recent realtor and lender and how I lost my earnest money, option fee, numerous flights to and from Texas, apprasail and inspection fee from previous potential property.
