The whole process was so smooth. This was my first mortgage and Sam walked me through everything, including the dumb questions I had. I am now a mortgage expert. Also, Sam lowered my rate just a couple days before closing. Who wouldn’t want that!! Love love love it. Would definitely use Sam and his team again.

1. Jhoana “got me in the door” / tried to keep my business by telling me I qualify for a loan with an interest rate of ~6.2%, but she did not initially convey the caveats of that loan (e.g. stipulations that would require us to pay a large tax should we meet them). I told an alternate broker who was offering a similar rate of 6.3% that I was no longer interested. Then Jhoana’s team let me know of the stipulations. I felt duped, and I did not end up committing to the 6.2% loan due to the stipulations. So I lost out on a bette... read more
