Molly was very patient and helpful during the process. We had a bit of a complicated situation, and she was so kind to outline everything that we needed to know at every step of the way. She was both professional and personable and took the time to understand our concerns. She really took the time to work with us which made our experience a great one, (even though the interest rates are a bit high)!
