Cole’s expertise, the way he conducts himself, he is very personable and he made the process quite easy and very nearly stress-free for us. I heard horror stories about the home buying process, but we didn’t experience any of that with Cole and his team.

The experience was great because Joel was always able to answer the call or call us to answer questions or explain documents. He also reminded me of tasks to do via email after our call to help me keep track of everything. We felt very supported thought the process.

Communication, communication, communication! They nailed that on the head! First time homebuyers, so the help given and questions answered promptly was amazing! They were very on top of getting what they needed and had very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend him!!
