Shane went above and beyond for me and it started before ever getting preapproved. Shane took the time to explain things to me even before we thought moving here was possible, and went to bat for me to ensure I got a roof over my head. He was honest about the short timeline being a problem, but still made things work and we closed in an incredibly short amount of time.
